The firm was established in 1992 by the Managing and Founding partner, Mr Yiannos Georgiades and as well as its Cyprus office has an office in London, the United Kingdom and Athens, Greece. Mr Georgiades is the President of the Cyprus Chapter of the European Court of Arbitration and an executive member of the Court and an online mediator for commercial disputes for the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.

The firm is now a thriving concern.
