The law firm is a mid-sized law firm with 20 colleagues. They are dealing with business law, immigration law but have special knowledge in fintech law, blockchain technology and the crypto world. The EU Parliament adopted the Regulation on Market in Crypto-assets which regulates the crypto world. In Hungary, the crypto licenses will be issued by the Hungarian National Bank in a fast and client friendly process. Their office is currently advising startups and ICO’s, and they have participated many crypto related conferences in Europe. In addition, they are cooperating with the Hungarian regulators on a crypto approach. Their office is the founder of the Hungarian Blockchain Technology Foundation, where they educate people on fintech solutions and their regulatory environment.
